All subscriptions automatically renew on the same day and time of the month as your initial subscription date.
You will receive payment invoices via email. You can also click the "Manage subscription" button in these emails to view your billing date, cancel your subscription or renew your subscription.
Subscription fast tokens do not roll over. Here's how our token system works:
• You receive a fresh set of tokens at the start of each billing month
• Unused tokens of this month do not carry over to the next month
• Your token balance automatically resets and refreshes on your billing date
Think of it as a monthly allowance - you get a fresh start each month with a full token balance.
If you have used fewer than 50 fast tokens, which can generate a maximum of 50 images, you are eligible for a refund. To request a refund, please contact billing@shakker.ai. We will process your request as soon as possible, typically within 15 days.
You have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time. Here's what you need to know:
• Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing cycle
• You'll continue to have full access to all features during this period
• You can reverse your cancellation decision anytime before the cycle ends
• No additional charges will be made after cancellation
How to Cancel:
Simply click the "Manage Subscription" button in your invoice email to process your cancellation.
You have the option to upgrade your membership plan to a higher tier. However, it is not possible to directly switch to a lower tier. If you want to switch to a more affordable membership plan, please wait until the current plan expires.
In the case of an upgrade:
The new package and its corresponding quick tokens will take effect immediately, while the remaining quick tokens of the old package will be retained until the expiration of the old package.
All payments are processed by Stripe, and available payment methods vary by region. In most places, Stripe supports major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diner’s Club, and some digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay. The payment methods available in your region will be shown during checkout.PayPal, wire transfer, and other payment methods are not currently supported.
If your payment was unsuccessful, consider the following suggestions:
• Double-check your card information to ensure it is correct
• Reach out to your issuing bank for further details.
• Try using a different card for payment.
