The work absorbs the elegant depiction of shapes and contours from Japanese woodcuts, the colorful and geometric decorative effects from Byzantine art, and the detailed and fleshy portrayal from Baroque and Rococo art. Sensual decorative lines, simple outlines, and bright watercolor effects create the character image known as"Mu Xia style."
